Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 year of experience in IT Helpdesk or Information Technology.
  • Good understanding of coding principles to effectively communicate with developers.
  • Willing to work night shifts.
  • Proficient in Windows operating systems.
  • Understands basic computer network concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Familiar with productivity software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Knowledgeable in basic network security concepts
  • Capable of using security tools like antivirus and firewalls.
  • Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Has a positive personality, including patience and discipline.
  • Available to work onsite and able to join immediately.
