Education & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering).
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in the EPC / Engineering / Construction industry.
- At least 5 years of experience in tender / proposal / bidding / estimation functions.
- Strong understanding of the full EPC project lifecycle (FEED – Proposal – Negotiation – Award – Kick Off).
Technical Knowledge
- Strong understanding of EPC cost estimate components (Engineering Manhours, Procurement, Construction, Indirect, Risk, Contingency, Margin)
- Knowledge of CAPEX / OPEX / NPV calculation methods for techno-economic evaluations.
- Familiar with EPCI tender details, T&P contracts, ITB requirements, clarifications, and deviation lists.
- Understanding of EPC contract structures (Lump Sum Turn Key, Unit Rate, Reimbursable).
- Able to read and interpret engineering documents (SOW, P&ID, plot plan, datasheet, MTO).
Core Skills
- Project and schedule planning skills (Primavera / MS Project proficiency is a plus).
- Cost estimating and price build-up skills.
- Risk assessment and contingency development.
- Strong negotiation and client-handling skills.
- Leadership and team coordination capabilities.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel expertise is mandatory).
- Fluent in English (required) – capable of writing proposals and conducting meetings with clients.

Job Description
- Lead the overall proposal/tender process (both technical and commercial).
- Review and analyze ITB / RFQ / client scope.
- Coordinate inputs from Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Finance, Legal, and HSE into the proposal.
- Prepare cost estimates, risk & contingency analysis, and price build-up.
- Develop technical proposals, execution strategies, and other proposal deliverables.
- Handle tender clarifications, coordinate Q&A, and manage deviation lists.
- Prepare internal approvals (gate reviews) prior to submission.
- Ensure submission deadlines and document quality are met.
- Interact with clients for presentations and negotiations.
