Key Requirements and Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. A Master's Degree (S2) in a relevant field is highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 7 years of professional experience working in construction project sites.
- Leadership: Proven experience and ability to effectively manage staff/teams across multiple project sites simultaneously.
Technical Expertise:
In-depth experience in MEP supervision, Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC), and MEP Engineering for construction projects.
- Prior experience in Data Center and/or Manufacturing projects is highly preferred.
- Thorough knowledge of MEP systems, local/international building codes, and standard construction processes.
- Demonstrated depth of understanding in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Comprehensive understanding of Fire Life Safety (FLS) Codes and their practical implementation within building construction.
- Comprehensive understanding of Fire Fighting System Codes and their practical implementation within building construction.
- Comprehensive understanding of HVAC Systems Codes and their practical implementation within building construction.
- Specialized Activities: Experience in project sites related to Electrical Safety Assessment and Energy Audit activities.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to identify, analyze, and resolve complex issues related to MEP systems efficiently.
- Commissioning: Experience or involvement in process inspection, witnessing, and performing Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) and Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT).
- Possession of relevant Certificates of Competencies (SKK), specifically in the Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing fields.
- Having an AK3 Listrik Certificate of Competency is highly preferred.
- Fluent in English (both Writing & Speaking) is mandatory.
