Job Descriptions:
- Manage all daily logistics operational activities, including the loading and unloading process of goods.
- Ensure that all shipments are done on time and accurately according to the established schedule.
- Monitor the usage of fleet and calculate the costs arising from the shipping process (logistic costs).
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure no obstacles in the delivery process.
- Identify areas for operational cost savings and recommend action plans to superiors.
- Resolve operational issues effectively and make appropriate decisions.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management/Transportation/Industrial Engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience in Logistics or Supply Chain, with at least 1 year in a supervisory position in the F&B Industry or Food Manufacturing.
- Understanding of the end-to-end Supply Chain Management (SCM) process as well as integrated Warehouse and Logistics management.
- Strong leadership skills, able to motivate staff to become a solid, productive, and initiative-driven team.
- Familiar with WMS, ERP, and proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
