Position Overview: The Financial Planning & Analysis Manager leads the Group's core financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis cycles, acting as a critical liaison to senior leadership and operational heads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the preparation of the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and long‑term financial plans for business units, entities, and group consolidation.
- Collaborate with business leaders and department heads to gather input, challenge assumptions, and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Prepare scenario analysis and financial simulations to support planning decisions.
- Monitor actual performance against budgets and forecasts monthly.
- Perform variance analysis (year‑on‑year, actual vs. budget, actual vs. forecast) and identify key drivers behind deviations.
- Present findings and recommendations to finance leadership or business unit heads.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and business initiatives.
- Assist in month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end reporting, including dashboards and management presentations for business units, entities, and group consolidation.
- Provide ad‑hoc financial analysis to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.
- Monitor KPIs and financial trends to identify risks and opportunities.
- Coach, mentor, and develop the FP&A team.
- Support internal reporting process improvements and tools for efficiency and accuracy.
- Lead automation and digital transformation initiatives in the FP&A team.
- Promote adoption of corporate values and culture within the team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Management Consulting.
- Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role.
- Hands‑on experience with a major ERP system (e.g., Microsoft D365, SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing FP&A team.
- Basic understanding of tax.
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN:
- Mengelola dan memantau seluruh aset gedung (building) perusahaan, termasuk fasilitas, utilitas, dan perlengkapan operasional.
- Melakukan pengecekan rutin kondisi bangunan, fasilitas umum, listrik, air, AC, dan area publik kantor.
- Mengkoordinasikan kegiatan perawatan, perbaikan, dan renovasi gedung dengan vendor atau pihak ketiga.
- Mengatur kebutuhan operasional gedung seperti kebersihan, keamanan, parkir, dan tata lingkungan.
- Memastikan ketersediaan dan kelayakan perlengkapan kerja, alat kebersihan, serta perlengkapan keamanan.
- Menangani administrasi vendor, jadwal layanan, hingga pembayaran fasilitas gedung.
- Mengelola dan mengarsipkan dokumen aset gedung seperti kontrak sewa, perizinan bangunan, dan laporan inspeksi.
- Membuat laporan rutin terkait kondisi bangunan, biaya perawatan, serta status perbaikan untuk disampaikan ke manajemen.
- Mendukung kegiatan internal perusahaan seperti event, kunjungan tamu, dan kebutuhan fasilitas kantor.
KUALIFIKASI:
- Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 semua jurusan, diutamakan Manajemen atau Administrasi.
- Pengalaman minimal 1–2 tahun dalam pengelolaan gedung, fasilitas, atau General Affair.
- Menjadi nilai tambah jika memahami dasar perawatan fasilitas gedung, sistem kelistrikan, air, dan AC.
- Teliti, bertanggung jawab, dan memiliki kemampuan koordinasi yang baik.
- Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan dan menangani beberapa tugas sekaligus.
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dengan vendor dan pihak internal.
- Mampu mengendarai kendaraan dan memiliki SIM A/B menjadi nilai tambah.
