Job Descriptions

Responsible to made the production plan based on sales forecast, order demand, and production capacity.
Control and monitor material availability to ensure smooth production flow.
Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams regarding raw material and finished goods requirements.
Monitor inventory levels, perform stock analysis, and recommend minimum and maximum stock levels.
Create and update Master Production Schedule (MPS) and Material Requirement Planning (MRP).
Ensure production schedules are met and adjust plans if there are delays or changes in demand.
Conduct periodic reporting on production progress, material usage, and inventory status.
Identify and resolve discrepancies between production plans and actual performance.
Support continuous improvement initiatives in production efficiency and inventory control.
Working in accordance with any standard required by company
Maintain highest level of confidentiality

Job Requirements

Educational background at least Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering Major, or similar related fields
At least 2 years in same position
Good in Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
Having well planning skills, and effective communication skills.
Having experience in production and warehouse is preferably
Having knowledge in production process, inventory control, MRP/ MPS system in manufactur is preferably
Willing to be placed in Mojokerto, East Java.
