Pandu Laut Nusantara is an association dedicated to marine conservation, coastal community empowerment, and climate action to protect and preserve the ocean for the nation's future.

We work through collaboration with local communities, government agencies, academia, and the private sector, guided by three interconnected pillars: sovereignty, sustainability, and prosperity in the stewardship of marine resources.

In this role, you will:

Lead program design, fundraising, and donor engagement

Manage implementation with measurable outcomes

Strengthen multi-stakeholder partnerships

Oversee monitoring, evaluation, and reporting processes

Represent Pandu Laut Nusantara in advocacy and conferences

Supervise and support Secretariat, Program Deputy, Social Media, and Field teams

We are seeking candidates with:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in a relevant field

Minimum 2 years' experience in program management, fundraising, or stakeholder engagement

Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills

Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia

Willingness to be based in Pangandaran with frequent field travel
