Job Responsibilities

  • Handling the General Trade (GT) market in the Surabaya region.
  • Build a new distributor and dealer network for the East Java region.
  • Maintain existing customers in the region.
  • Provide customized business solutions that align with the company's products and objectives
  • Manage customer credit limits and ensure proper account utilization.
  • Conduct regular B2B client visits, including business trips.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a small sales team (1–2 direct reports).

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any major (S1).
  • Minimum 1–3 years of working experience in the Tools industry (Power Tools, Hand Tools, etc.).
  • Strong B2B sales background, preferably with experience dealing with master dealers and distributors.
  • Good communication skills, positive attitude, and high integrity.
  • Conversational level of English
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
