Job Responsibilities
- Handling the General Trade (GT) market in the Surabaya region.
- Build a new distributor and dealer network for the East Java region.
- Maintain existing customers in the region.
- Provide customized business solutions that align with the company's products and objectives
- Manage customer credit limits and ensure proper account utilization.
- Conduct regular B2B client visits, including business trips.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a small sales team (1–2 direct reports).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any major (S1).
- Minimum 1–3 years of working experience in the Tools industry (Power Tools, Hand Tools, etc.).
- Strong B2B sales background, preferably with experience dealing with master dealers and distributors.
- Good communication skills, positive attitude, and high integrity.
- Conversational level of English
- Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
