Job Description:
- Coordination with internal local staff (Design Team) and Partner Companies (Vendors)
- Comprehensive proposals focusing on furniture, including layout design, interior, IT and work style
- After order confirmation from client, Hand over the site management to the Project Manager (PM), but may perform site management (On-site) depending on the situation
- Represent company by doing presentation in front of client such as Tender / Proposal Explanation
Requirements:
- English communication & writing (Business Level)
- Japanese language ability (preferably JLPT N2 or above; certification is not mandatory)
- Over 3 years of experience in corporate sales
- Sales experience with tangible products
- Sales experience in interior, interior materials, construction, M&E & IT Works, or real estate sectors (preferably)
- Have experience read construction drawing / layout (preferably)
