We are looking for a Finance and Accounting Specialist who thrives in a building phase. You will play a key role in setting up accounting systems, journals, and financial processes across several newly established entities. This includes managing day-to-day bookkeeping, preparing journal entries, handling tax and payroll matters, and ensuring accurate and consistent records across companies. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, enjoys problem-solving, and takes satisfaction in creating structure and clarity from the ground up.
Job Tasks
- Oversee day-to-day accounting activities such as journal entries, accounts payable, and expense tracking.
- Conduct regular bank reconciliations and ensure ledger accuracy.
- Maintain bookkeeping records and perform balance sheet reconciliations.
- Record and organize financial documents including invoices, AR/AP data, and tax-related filings.
- Prepare and compute taxes for PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 4(2), and PPN in accordance with regulations.
- Prepare payment request lists and monitor the disbursement process.
- Manage supporting documentation, including proofs of payment and payment vouchers.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation for all accounting records.
