QUALIFICATIONS:
1. At least 3 years of experience in production lines at an automotive parts company;
2. Experience in equipment management;
3. Proficiency in TPM requirements;
4. Proficiency in PLC programming and control technology;
5. Familiarity with Office and other related software;
6. Background in automobile or motorcycle companies preferred;
7. Must be fluent in English; Chinese speakers preferred;
8. Familiarity with two or more production equipment types: bolt tightening, airtightness testing, gluing, laser coding, and testing.
9. Possess an electrician's license.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Lead the technical requirements assessment and technical exchanges for new equipment applications, prepare operating instructions, develop maintenance plans, and conduct pre-job training on equipment.
2. Lead the physical, spare parts, and technical acceptance of new equipment, and participate in the supervision and implementation of subsequent first- and second-level maintenance for the equipment.
3. Lead the emergency repair and maintenance of the company's assets, facilities, and equipment, as well as the repair and technical upgrade of automated production lines.
4. Improve and enhance the company's equipment operating procedures, and be responsible for the mechanical, electrical, and maintenance of the company's equipment.
5. Calculate equipment OEE metrics and develop fundamental solutions for frequent equipment failures.
6. Manage equipment spare parts inventory and procurement plans.
7. Responsible for the use and maintenance of the MES system.
8. Responsible for the startup and shutdown of production line equipment, ensuring the resumption of normal production.
9. Responsible for the adjustment, recording, and management of equipment parameters.
10. Responsible for the trajectory adjustment of equipment such as robots and glue applicators.
11. Responsible for the repair and maintenance of tooling.
12. Inspect, repair, and maintain equipment and factory circuits.
13. Maintain equipment inspection checklists and inspect the execution of equipment inspections.
