Your Mission
Design, build, and optimize Paideia's AI Server Environment
— a distributed, high-performance platform that fuels our AI models, data pipelines, and intelligent educational applications.
You'll bridge the gap between
AI infrastructure
and
Python-based development
, ensuring reliability, scalability, and efficiency across our ecosystem.
You Will:
- Manage and optimize
AI GPU servers
(Ubuntu/Linux-based) including CUDA, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and containerized environments. - Design
automated deployment pipelines (CI/CD)
for AI and backend services. - Implement
monitoring, alerting, and scaling
strategies for multi-node AI clusters. - Develop and maintain
Python microservices
for AI task orchestration, data ingestion, and model management. - Optimize resource allocation across AI workloads (multi-GPU scheduling, caching, inference optimization).
- Collaborate with backend, DevOps, and AI teams to build a unified AI platform for Paideia LMS and educational tools.
- Maintain
security and compliance
standards aligned with ISO certification (data privacy, access control, and audit logging). - Research and integrate modern frameworks like
Ray, Triton Inference Server, and Hugging Face Transformers
into our infrastructure.
You Are:
- Fluent in Python
, with experience in backend or AI system development. - Skilled in
Linux system administration
and familiar with GPU drivers, CUDA, and container tools (Docker, Kubernetes). - Comfortable with
DevOps practices
— automation, CI/CD pipelines, GitOps, and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana). - Knowledgeable in
AI model serving
, distributed training, and cloud-native inference. - Analytical and systematic in optimizing performance and cost efficiency.
- Proactive in documentation, testing, and building sustainable systems.
- Passionate about education and using technology to impact lives.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience with
AWS, GCP, or on-premise GPU clusters
. - Understanding of
vector databases
(Qdrant, Pinecone, Milvus) and
data streaming systems
(Kafka, Redis). - Hands-on experience with
security hardening
and compliance for production servers. - Familiarity with
AI observability tools
and
MLOps
best practices.
