About the Role:
DACHIN is seeking a highly skilled and business-oriented Legal Corporate Secretary to support our company's legal and regulatory needs. This role is critical in advising corporate actions, managing legal documentation, monitoring regulatory changes, and ensuring alignment between legal compliance and business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong legal judgment, excellent drafting skills, and experience in cross-functional collaboration.
Job Responsibility
- Provide legal opinions and strategic advice on corporate actions, ensuring alignment with prevailing laws and business objectives.
- Draft, review, and manage corporate legal documents (e.g., agreements, shareholder resolutions, company deeds, etc.).
- Continuously monitor changes in legislation and assess their impact on company activities.
- Oversee the registration, renewal, and protection of the company's intellectual property assets (including trademarks, copyrights, etc).
- Act as the legal liaison with internal stakeholders (management, finance, operations) and external parties (government authorities, legal consultants, notaries).
- Support departments with contract interpretation, regulatory procedures, and dispute resolution.
- Conduct internal training or briefing sessions to improve legal awareness and regulatory readiness within teams.
Job Requirements
- At least a Bachelor's degree in Law (S.H.) from a reputable university. A Master's degree or legal professional certification is a plus.
- Willing to be placed in Cikarang Pusat (KITIC Area), WFO 100%, and can join ASAP.
- Have an advanced level of English to communicate effectively.
- Strong expertise in Company Law and general corporate governance practices with the ability to apply it effectively in corporate documentation and legal actions, providing accurate and business-oriented legal support and advice.
- Solid understanding of business licensing processes, including both product-related and operational permits.
- High level of discernment in interpreting laws and regulations to align with the company's business scope while ensuring full compliance is maintained.
- Lead by example, act as a key communicator, and manage legal discussions across all stakeholders, including government authorities, management teams, employees, and other external parties.
