What you will do:
- Manage End to End Operation of supply chain and store checklist
- Responsible in site finder, construction, and project management
- Responsible in supervise and managing end to end supply chain process, starting of distribution from factory to central kitchen and to stores.
- Ensure store operation checklist is in place
- Stores Checklist is in place (every stores, every cup, every day)
- Operational Excellence in supply chain
What we look for:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Management, Business
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a F&B operations role
- Proven track record of successfully developing and executing business growth strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Excel Skill, he/she will review PPIC workflow
- Finance and Business, as he/she will responsible of store profitability
- Operation and Leadership
- Adaptable and agile, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
