Our sister company, Daya Inara Amanah , which focuses on strategic planning and execution consulting, is looking for a Junior Consultant to support their Human Capital transformation projects —including organization design, competency mapping, and people development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Support Human Capital consulting projects such as organizational structure design, job profiling, and competency mapping (both soft skills and hard skills).
- Conduct research, gather data, and interview stakeholders to understand business challenges and talent needs.
- Analyze organizational and people data to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Assist in developing frameworks, reports, and presentation materials that outline findings and recommendations.
- Collaborate with senior consultants to design and implement development or transformation programs for clients.
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university (preferably in Psychology, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Capital, Organization Development, or related roles (experience in consulting is a plus but not required).
- Strong analytical thinking and data interpretation skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in presentation tools (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) and attention to detail in documentation.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
