About the Role

The Human Resources Business Partner will play a key role in supporting both the Operations and GTO teams in Jakarta. The role requires regular engagement with the
Kelapa Dua site
(Operations team), including weekly site visits, to stay closely connected to Operations. The objective is to ensure that employees receive the right level of support as the business continues to grow.

The position will also support HR Operations in Indonesia to enable business growth and alignment with regional HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage HR systems such as People Day, Annual Leave system, and Ingenico Perks Hub.
  • Manage training and development programs aligned with Talent Management and Organization Development initiatives.
  • Coordinate with Operations and other Functions for ISO implementation and certification.
  • Support Risk, Safety, and Compliance APAC in implementing their activities in Indonesia.
  • Support office-related activities such as renovation, expansion, and procurement of office equipment and tools.

Competencies, Skills, and Experience

Competencies:

  • HR Operations knowledge
  • HR Business Partnering expertise
  • Supply Chain organization understanding
  • ISO process and implementation knowledge

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian manpower regulations and labour laws
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Good understanding of ISO certification, maintenance, and safety procedures
  • Fluency in English

Experience:

  • 6–7 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in Operations or Supply Chain environments
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR Business Partnering

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management or a related discipline (MBA preferred)
  • 6–7 years of HR experience, including 2–3 years in HR Business Partnering

Compliance

  • Contribute to workplace health and safety by identifying, reporting, and managing hazards and incidents.
  • Comply with all applicable company policies.
  • A favourable police check and other background checks are required.

  • Comply with company policies and procedures related to information security and confidentiality.
  • Avoid actions that could create unacceptable information security risks.
  • Promptly report any breach of privacy, security, or confidentiality to protect company interests.
