Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Jakarta, Indonesia for a Sales Engineer. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, conducting sales presentations, and maintaining customer relationships. Daily tasks include identifying customer needs, demonstrating product benefits, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service. Collaboration with the engineering and sales teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies is also essential.
Qualifications

- Technical Support and Customer Service skills
- Strong Communication skills
- Relevant experience in the welding and automation industry is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
