Responsibility:

  • Provide products or service-related departments requested from foreign or local vendor
  • Controlling, managing and monitors the price, delivery time and quality of the product or services ordered.
  • Get product and services with best possible price and condition related to auxiliary material
  • Create and update catalogue, making Purchase Order and follow up delivery of Purchase Order
  • Coordination between department related to auxiliary material

Requirement:

  • Min Diploma / bachelor's degree, Open to All Major
  • Min experiences 1 years in the same field / Fresh graduate is open to apply
  • Able to communication in English both writing and speaking
  • Good in Analytical and interpersonal skill
  • Familiar using Microsoft Office Tools (Intermediate Excel. Word, Power Point, Outlook) and SAP system
  • Willing to move and work in Subang
