Responsibility:
- Provide products or service-related departments requested from foreign or local vendor
- Controlling, managing and monitors the price, delivery time and quality of the product or services ordered.
- Get product and services with best possible price and condition related to auxiliary material
- Create and update catalogue, making Purchase Order and follow up delivery of Purchase Order
- Coordination between department related to auxiliary material
Requirement:
- Min Diploma / bachelor's degree, Open to All Major
- Min experiences 1 years in the same field / Fresh graduate is open to apply
- Able to communication in English both writing and speaking
- Good in Analytical and interpersonal skill
- Familiar using Microsoft Office Tools (Intermediate Excel. Word, Power Point, Outlook) and SAP system
- Willing to move and work in Subang
