About the Role

We're looking for a Sales Operations Manager to drive revenue growth, optimize costs, and uphold excellent service quality across outlets. You'll ensure each store meets sales and customer experience standards while supporting overall business performance.

Main Responsibilities


• Lead regional sales performance to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Monitor and control operational costs to maintain strong profitability.
• Maintain consistent service quality and customer satisfaction across outlets.
• Analyze sales and operational data to identify trends and improvement areas.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Finance teams on key initiatives.
• Coach and support area teams to enhance performance and service quality.
• Report regional performance insights and recommend strategic actions.
• Identify and execute opportunities for growth and efficiency.

Requirements


• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.


• 6+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Regional Management (F&B preferred).


• Strong leadership and analytical skills, with a focus on performance results.


• Proven track record managing multiple areas.
