Marketing Communication IT Distributor - Event, Activity, Branding & Relationship :

A person who responsible about all Marketing Communication tasks in company, such as :

  • Planning, develop, implement, execution, maintain, track & optimize marketing campaigns across all channels, including online & offline, and aligned with the brand's goals.
  • Planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns that support awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty.
  • Developing and implementing marketing communication strategies that effectively convey the company's message to its target audience.
  • Measuring and reporting on the performance of all marketing campaigns.

Main Duties :

  • Developing, plan, implement, maintain, track, optimize and execute all marketing communication campaigns strategy across all channels, including online & offline and aligned with the brand's goals.
  • Managing the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, press releases, newsletters, and sales collateral.
  • Create brand awareness through marketing plans and advertising campaigns.
  • Running lead generation and demand generation initiatives in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
  • Leading public relations activities, including media outreach, event coordination, and press coverage.
  • Managing communication budgets and vendor relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of campaigns.
  • Ensuring consistent tone, style, and voice across all internal and external communications.

  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to creating campaign concepts.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies.

Requirement :

  • Must attach the recent photograph in this position.
  • Having experienced min 3 years as a Marketing Communication in IT Distributor / Technology Company.
  • Experience to handling media partners, events, and content production.
  • Fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus).
  • Experienced in organizing events and being an MC at the event.
  • Have creativity in creating concept marketing campaign.
  • Computer & marketing design tools is a must (MS Office, MS Outlook, Internet, Canva, Photoshop, etc).
  • Keep update with Technology Trend (Software, Hardware, Solution & Services).
  • Willing to work (WFO) in west Jakarta - Meruya & Puri area & ready to outside jabodetabek for event / business trip (road show).
