- Assist in preparing cost estimates, BOQ (Bill of Quantities), and material take-offs based on project drawings and specifications.
- Support cost control and budgeting throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review and verify subcontractor quotations, progress claims, and invoices.
- Monitor project expenses and ensure all work aligns with budget requirements.
- Prepare and update cost reports, progress summaries, and variation orders.
- Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and site teams for cost-related information.

- Maintain records of all cost and contract documents in an organized manner.
