  • Monitor project expenses and ensure all work aligns with budget requirements.
  • Prepare and update cost reports, progress summaries, and variation orders.
  • Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and site teams for cost-related information.
  • Support tender preparation and bid documentation.
  • Maintain records of all cost and contract documents in an organized manner.
  • Provide data and analysis to help the project team make informed financial decisions.
