We're looking for an HRGA Executive who can take ownership of the full recruitment cycle while championing impactful development initiatives, managing training programs, and supporting engagement activities that empower teams to thrive. In this role, you'll collaborate across departments to ensure that our people strategies align with business goals and deliver measurable results.
Full-time | WFO – Jakarta Barat
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise job requisition, manage job postings on various platforms (offline and online), arrange interviews, oversee assessment processes, and maintain recruitment records including talent pools.
- Coordinate partnerships, career fairs, workshops, and other activities to enhance employer visibility.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing (including BPJS and taxation), manage external reporting for outsourcing/freelance staff, and handle salary proposals and negotiations.
- Maintain and manage personal documents, employment letters, and related records for all employees.
- Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to align with company needs.
- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities, such as surveys, internal events, and culture-building projects.
- Partner with supervisors and cross-functional teams to ensure development initiatives meet evolving business needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- 1–3 years of experience as an HRGA Executive or HR Generalist, preferably in FMCG or start-up environments.
- Strong understanding of HR functions, with expertise in Total Rewards and/or Organizational Development.
- Results-oriented, people-focused, with excellent communication skills and business acumen.
- Willing to work on-site in Kedoya, West Jakarta.
