Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute event strategies to drive brand visibility and customer engagement for our beauty skincare brand.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to plan and implement store activations, ensuring alignment with brand goals.
- Propose and secure event locations by negotiating with landlords and stakeholders, ensuring suitability and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage event logistics, including loading-in and loading-out, while coordinating with Visual Merchandising and Production teams.
- Create and oversee event-related materials, such as displays, promotional flyers, and digital assets, in collaboration with the Trade Marketing team.
- Identify new event opportunities to expand brand reach and improve customer interaction.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in event management and trade marketing.
- Work closely with sales and visual merchandising teams to develop and execute in-store promotions, displays, and merchandising initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in trade marketing and brand activations, preferably in FMCG or the beauty or skincare industry
- Bachelor's degree from any major
- Strong understanding of retail marketing principles and consumer behavior
- Proven ability to develop and execute creative and impactful trade marketing campaigns
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word Suite and trade marketing software
- Willing to working with WFO Policy at Mega Kuningan, South Jakarta
