Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute event strategies to drive brand visibility and customer engagement for our beauty skincare brand.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to plan and implement store activations, ensuring alignment with brand goals.
  • Propose and secure event locations by negotiating with landlords and stakeholders, ensuring suitability and cost-effectiveness.
  • Manage event logistics, including loading-in and loading-out, while coordinating with Visual Merchandising and Production teams.
  • Create and oversee event-related materials, such as displays, promotional flyers, and digital assets, in collaboration with the Trade Marketing team.
  • Identify new event opportunities to expand brand reach and improve customer interaction.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in event management and trade marketing.
  • Work closely with sales and visual merchandising teams to develop and execute in-store promotions, displays, and merchandising initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in trade marketing and brand activations, preferably in FMCG or the beauty or skincare industry
  • Bachelor's degree from any major
  • Strong understanding of retail marketing principles and consumer behavior
  • Proven ability to develop and execute creative and impactful trade marketing campaigns
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word Suite and trade marketing software
  • Willing to working with WFO Policy at Mega Kuningan, South Jakarta
