Interior Design Engineer

We are construction company seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a full-time Interior Design Engineer.

Responsibilities:

• Undertake design projects from concept development to completion of the projects.

• Responsible for the design and specification of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF & E) following project requirements and client preferences.

• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for procurement.

• Manage project timelines and ensure on-time delivery.

• Prepare FF&E schedules and maintain accurate records.

• Collaborate with the design team and communicate with clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in interior design or equivalent experience

• Work experience minimum 2 years as an FF&E Designer or in a similar role would be preferred

• Proven working experience in designing interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning and new constructions)

• Excellent English speaking and writing skills

• Understand Mandarin would be priority

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, AutoCAD, Illustrator, SketchUp, or other design programs such as 3D rendering.

• Self-organized, well-organized, and detail-oriented.
