Accounting Job Responsibility

Oversee accounting activities, ensuring the accuracy of accounting records, and month-end accounting close activities. The role maintains the general ledger, prepares for the year-end, and prepares for timely and accurate financial reporting.

Accountabilities

· Responsible for accounting records and reports in timely manner.

· Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.

· Handle Coretax-related tasks, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.

· Prepare financial reports and statements for internal and external use.

· Maintain organized financial documentation and support audits.

· Analyze new or current procedures, recommend changes for continual improvement of departmental efficiency and effectiveness.

· Provides accounting support for monthly, annually and tax information.

· Contribute to the accounting and organization mission by completing related reports and analysis as needed.

· Oversee daily cash receipts, bank account management, and cash account reconciliations.

· High speed and high attention to detail and accuracy.

· Honest, responsible, trustworthy, committed and reliable.

· Able to work independently, and as a team whenever needed.

· Initiative, proactive and dynamic person.

· Fluent in English, Mandarin as an advantage.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.

· Strong communication skill for internal and external purpose.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from reputable university, preferably from overseas graduate.

Experience Requirements

· Have a minimum of 3 years' experience in accounting.

· Have a strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, coretax.

· Have a good command of computers and accounting software.

· Have good English Skills, both oral and written.

· Have experienced working in International Company is more preferable.

· Will be place in Bogor.
