Responsibilities:
Responding to customer inquiries, issues, and complaints via email, phone, and chat.
Managing orders, shipments, and the returns process.
Providing basic technical support and guidance to customers.
Recording customer interactions and updating customer information accurately.
Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and enhance services.
Generating reports on customer service performance and providing improvement suggestions.
Requirements:
Minimum High School graduate with relevant work experience.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Previous experience in E-Commerce/Marketplace customer service is preferred.
Strong administrative skills and time management abilities.
Ability to work in a team and adapt quickly.
