Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer inquiries, issues, and complaints via email, phone, and chat.

  • Managing orders, shipments, and the returns process.

  • Providing basic technical support and guidance to customers.

  • Recording customer interactions and updating customer information accurately.

  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and enhance services.

  • Generating reports on customer service performance and providing improvement suggestions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum High School graduate with relevant work experience.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Previous experience in E-Commerce/Marketplace customer service is preferred.

  • Strong administrative skills and time management abilities.

  • Ability to work in a team and adapt quickly.
