Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Training Services Coordinator, located in Tangerang. The Training Services Coordinator will be responsible for organizing and coordinating training programs, managing schedules, liaising with trainers and participants, handling logistics, and ensuring that training materials are prepared and distributed. They will also track and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, provide feedback and improvement suggestions, and support the development of new training initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Experience in organizing and coordinating training programs
  • Strong logistical and administrative skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to evaluate and improve training programs
  • Proficiency in using training management software and tools
  • Experience in the oil and gas or training industry is a must
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Ability to work on-site in Tangerang and manage multiple tasks effectively
