Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Director/Management
- Handle correspondence, emails, and calls professionally and confidentially
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting materials
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and follow-up actions
- Maintain proper documentation, filing systems, and records
- Support company events, client visits, and other operational needs when required
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned to ensure smooth office operations
- Full-time position based in Jakarta
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Secretarial Studies or a related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Fluent in both Bahasa and English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
