Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Director/Management
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and calls professionally and confidentially
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting materials
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and follow-up actions
  • Maintain proper documentation, filing systems, and records
  • Support company events, client visits, and other operational needs when required
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned to ensure smooth office operations
Requirements
  • Full-time position based in Jakarta
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Secretarial Studies or a related field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Fluent in both Bahasa and English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
