Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations with clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product, finance) to align business development activities with overall company strategy.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of potential leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate reporting.
  • Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and industry functions as needed.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management on business development performance and progress.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management (minimum 2-3 years).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Results-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Experience in POS industry or Fintech / Payments / Retail Technology is preferred
