About the role
This is a full-time position as a Legal & Audit Assistant Manager at PT GLOVIS INDONESIA INTERNATIONAL', based in Cikarang Pusat, West Java. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for providing legal and audit support to ensure the company's operations are compliant with relevant labour laws and industry regulations.
What you'll be doing
- Prepare audit working papers and reports with clear findings and recommendations.
- Assist in planning and execution of audit assignments.
- Review company processes, policies, and records to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Provide support during external audits and regulatory inspections.
- Prepare, review, and provide legal opinions on business agreements, cooperation contracts, and other legal documents.
- Manage company licensing matters (OSS, NIB, Halal, Environmental permits, etc.) and maintain relationships with relevant government institutions.
- Handle potential legal disputes or claims related to products, partners, or external parties.
- Conduct legal risk mitigation and develop internal company policies.
What we're looking for
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a legal or audit role, preferably in the industrial/manufacturing sector
- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address compliance issues
- Proficient in contract review, drafting and negotiation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Fluent in English
- strong understanding of Indonesian labour laws and regulations
