Job Description & Responsibilities- Manage and organize accounting-related documents including contracts, invoices, and financial records.
- Ensure documents are filed and stored correctly, both digitally and physically.
- Coordinate with internal departments and vendors for document verification and processing.
- Assist with general accounting tasks as needed.
- Language skills: Proficient in Japanese or Indonesian.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy in documentation.
- Prior experience in accounting or document control is a plus.
