Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Bandung, with the option to work from home for certain tasks. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, providing customer service, building strong client relationships, and conducting training sessions for the sales team. Other responsibilities include managing sales processes, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with the marketing team to align strategies with business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to engage with clients effectively and provide excellent support
- Experience in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue generation and oversee sales performance
- Ability to train and develop sales team members to ensure continuous improvement in performance
- Strong organizational and analytical skills to assess sales data and drive informed strategy
- Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment with a balance of remote and on-site tasks
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
- Previous experience in property, hospitality, or related industries is advantageous
