We are looking for Factory Manager in Kendal, Jawa Tengah right now

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for managing new products development
Responsible for managing all day today of manufactory operation and safety to achieve targets for production and quality standard for all customers (local & USA market).
Full responsible for budgeting plan and to achieve the budget.
Overseas all aspects of production process quality standard safety and always giving continuous improvement initiative in production and quality.
Managing the all process of manufacturing with implementing:
Better looking practice.
Improve efficiency and productivity.
Manage and have the ability to motivate and set good team work.
Project management, development and execute all project plans for new product and projects.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in engineering or experience in Factory Manager, manufacturing management
and business operation more than 3 years.
Bring your manufacturing and leadership experiences into this role and be the driving force behind the continuous growth and improvement.
Project, process track record in developing and executing project plan for production and warehouse enhancement.
