Job Description
  • Project management and expert matching: work as a client‑facing staff for 20–30 projects (consulting on market research, industry research, and business projects), particularly for high‑priority accounts. Liaise with internal teams and clients to ensure timely delivery of high‑quality expert matching services. Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, revenue and profits. Provide progress reports and milestone updates.
  • Account Extension: in charge of on‑project activation by providing superior services for top‑priority clients. In charge of sleeping user activation, with targeted clients, including consulting companies, research firms, and investment firms.
  • Team Management: provide daily reports and resource allocation for project priorities and conduct daily to‑do checks. Lead, inspire, and motivate project team members. Assign tasks according to team resources and oversee team performance. Conduct one‑on‑one meetings with team members and provide constructive feedback and clear instructions.
Requirements
  • Native Indonesian or bilingual proficiency.
  • Having experience as an account manager, customer relations manager, and customer success manager, or experience in recruitment roles is a big plus.
  • Experience in management consulting or investment industry or top headhunting/recruitment agencies is an advantage.
  • Proven track record of managing teams (at least 3 members above).
  • Result‑oriented with ability to work in a fast‑paced client cycle.
  • Growth mindset, critical thinking, business analysis, and research skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Attention to detail, autonomous, and highly dedicated.
  • Fluency in English, plus ability to effectively communicate with external clients in different countries to facilitate internal management meetings.

Client Relations/Account Manager (TPA) Medilink

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, insurers, and healthcare providers.
  • Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and issue resolution.
  • Monitor service performance, claims processing, and member satisfaction to ensure SLA compliance. Coordinate with internal teams (Claims, Provider Network, IT, and Finance) to deliver seamless service.
  • Prepare regular reports, reviews, and presentations for client performance updates.
  • Identify opportunities to improve client experience and support business growth through renewals or service expansion.
  • Represent the company professionally in meetings, negotiations, and client engagements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Insurance, or related field.
  • Experience in client servicing, account management, or health insurance/TPA industry.
  • Strong understanding of employee benefits, medical insurance, and provider networks.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Able to analyze client needs, resolve issues promptly, and ensure service satisfaction.
  • Proactive, target-oriented, and capable of managing multiple corporate accounts.
  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with digital claims or TPA systems is an advantage.
  • Willing to work collaboratively with internal teams to support client retention and growth.
