Role Summary
Responsible for leading the Finance workstream in the SAP GROW implementation, covering solution design, configuration, testing, and business stakeholder alignment. Ensures that the Finance solution aligns with best practices, group reporting standards, and mining industry requirements.
Key Responsibilities
•Lead Fit-to-Standard and Design workshops for Finance and Controlling (FI/CO) scope.
•Map business requirements to SAP standard processes (e.g., General Ledger, Asset Accounting, Cost Center, Profit Center, Bank, and Treasury).
•Configure and test SAP GROW Public Cloud Finance modules (SAP S/4HANA Cloud).
•Guide BRM finance teams on financial closing, group reporting, and consolidation processes.
•Ensure compliance with corporate accounting and statutory reporting (PSAK/IFRS).
•Support data migration design for GL, AP, AR, AA, and Cost Center hierarchies.
•Collaborate with other workstreams (Procurement, Projects, Maintenance) to ensure seamless integration.
•Manage finance-related testing, cutover, and post–go-live support.
•Provide mentorship and quality assurance for junior finance consultants.
Required Skills & Experience
•Minimum 7–10 years of SAP Finance experience.
•Deep knowledge in General Ledger (FI-GL), Accounts Payable (FI-AP), Accounts Receivable (FI-AR), Asset Accounting (FI-AA), Controlling (CO-CCA/IO/PCA), and Financial Closing.
•Understanding of Group Reporting, Intercompany, and Treasury Management in mining or manufacturing sectors.
•Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
•Excellent documentation and communication in English & Bahasa Indonesia.
Preferred Qualifications
•SAP GROW / S/4HANA Cloud certification.
•At least 2 full-cycle implementations (preferably SAP S/4HANA Cloud or GROW).
•Experience in mining, energy, or manufacture.
