Role Description

As a KOL Implementer (Influencer Marketing Specialist), you will play a pivotal role in shaping Adtree Digital's influencer marketing strategy and talent ecosystem. You will be responsible for managing influencer relationships, ensuring campaign execution excellence, and driving innovative initiatives that resonate with our audience. This role requires a structured yet creative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can balance analytical rigor with relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns, from KOL listing and onboarding to post-campaign evaluation.
  • ⁠Manage and nurture relationships with influencers, creators, and vendor agencies to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • ⁠Build and maintain a strong banking system of creators and vendors, ensuring efficiency and scalability in campaign execution.
  • ⁠Collaborate with internal teams to align influencer strategies with overall marketing and business objectives.
  • ⁠Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools; provide actionable insights to optimize ROI.
  • ⁠Negotiate effectively with influencers and agencies to secure the best outcomes for campaigns.
  • ⁠Stay on top of social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to fuel innovation.
  • ⁠Take initiative in proposing new approaches, campaign angles, and partnership models.
  • ⁠Support the creation of streamlined processes to improve workflow, approval, and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or related fields.
  • ⁠Proven track record of managing influencer campaigns, including creator selection, negotiation, and campaign analysis.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret campaign metrics and derive insights.
