We are looking for a
Brand Manager
who will lead our brand direction, campaign planning, and creative coordination. This role is not about making PowerPoints only—it is about
defining who we are, creating campaigns that resonate with Indonesian consumers, and ensuring our creative and marketing teams work together under one clear brand vision
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and sharpen brand positioning, messaging, and consumer segmentation
  • Plan and execute
    seasonal campaigns
    (e.g. Ramadan, Back to School, Mega Sale) with cross-channel integration (TikTok, Shopee, Instagram)
  • Develop campaign concepts, themes, and creative directions with strong visual/aesthetic sense
  • Coordinate with creative, influencer, and e-commerce teams to ensure consistent brand storytelling across all touchpoints
  • Review and evaluate creatives (videos, visuals, scripts) to ensure alignment with brand identity and consumer appeal
  • Monitor consumer insights, competitor activities, and market trends; translate findings into actionable brand strategies
  • Manage brand calendar and align with marketing/e-commerce activities

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in
    branding/marketing
    roles in DTC brands, FMCG, or consumer startups (preferably home, lifestyle, fashion, or beauty categories)
  • Proven experience in planning and executing brand campaigns, especially in digital-first environments (TikTok/Shopee/IG)
  • Strong aesthetic judgement and ability to provide constructive feedback to creatives
  • Excellent campaign planning skills: able to connect brand story with sales objectives
  • Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing startup
  • Bilingual: Fluent in English + Bahasa Indonesia (Chinese is a plus but not required)
