Job Desk:
- Installing and configuring SAP applications for both Head Office and Branch Offices.
- Maintaining and monitoring SAP applications.
- Receiving, monitoring, and troubleshooting issues within SLA, either through Web Ticketing System or non-ticketing channels.
- Monitoring daily log reports from SAP applications.
Job Req:
- Has an educational background in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.
- 1–3 years of experience in Application Support.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems, especially SAP S/4 HANA.
- Experience in application implementation projects.
- Strong communication skills and fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Detail-oriented and experienced in system documentation.
- Capable of creating user manuals for applications.
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule and onsite at Erajaya Plaza, Bandengan Selatan, West Jakarta.
