Job Desk:

  • Installing and configuring SAP applications for both Head Office and Branch Offices.
  • Maintaining and monitoring SAP applications.
  • Receiving, monitoring, and troubleshooting issues within SLA, either through Web Ticketing System or non-ticketing channels.
  • Monitoring daily log reports from SAP applications.

Job Req:

  • Has an educational background in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Application Support.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems, especially SAP S/4 HANA.
  • Experience in application implementation projects.
  • Strong communication skills and fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Detail-oriented and experienced in system documentation.
  • Capable of creating user manuals for applications.
  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule and onsite at Erajaya Plaza, Bandengan Selatan, West Jakarta.
