HIRING : SECRETARY

Responsibilities:

Provides administrative and professional support to support the operations of an organization. Primary duties include scheduling and communication management, document preparation and management, meeting arrangements, archive management, and general administrative responsibilities such as handling correspondence and maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree in
    any major

(Preferable Secretary / management)
- On going study / Fresh Graduate are welcome (Experienced Added Value)
- Have good correspondence skills, Neat appearance, good attitude and personality.
- Able to speak english actively (Oral & Written) & Mandarin (Added Value)
- Good analytical & logical thinking, open minded & good leadership. ​
- Communicative, Cooperative, Persuasive & Take Initiative.
- Strong interpersonal, Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a willingness to learn.
- Required skills: administration, computerization, office work, archiving, Able to operate a computer (Proficient in using Microsoft Office Excel, outlook, PowerPoint).
