The HRGA Manager is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of Human Resources and General Affairs to support the company's business objectives. This role covers strategic HR planning, talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, payroll and benefits administration, as well as facility and administrative management. The HRGA Manager will play a key role in building a strong company culture, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and driving initiatives that enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals and values.
2. Oversee the full employee lifecycle recruitment, on boarding, development, retention, and off boarding.
3. Manage performance management and employee evaluation processes.
4. Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.
5. Supervise payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
6. Lead initiatives for employee engagement, communication, and company culture improvement.
7. Manage General Affairs activities including office management, asset control, procurement, and company licenses.
8. Support management with HR data analysis and strategic workforce planning.
9. Advise leaders and managers on people-related matters to foster a productive work environment.
10. Ensure safety, health, and security standards are implemented across the organization.
Job Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Law, or related field.
· Minimum 7–10 years of experience in HR and GA, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
· Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law, BPJS, and payroll processes.
· Proven experience in both strategic HR planning and operational HR execution.
· Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
· Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
· Fluency in English (spoken and written) is an advantage.
