Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor based in Tangerang. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost estimation, preparing bills of quantities (BOQ), conducting cost planning, and preparing comprehensive cost reports. The role also involves closely monitoring project cost control and ensuring financial efficiency in projects by working collaboratively with project teams.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Cost Control and Cost Management
- Strong knowledge and experience in preparing and managing BOQs
- Skills in Cost Planning and Cost Reporting
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field
- Relevant certification in quantity surveying or project management is a plus
- Proficiency in relevant software tools for cost management and project estimation
