We're looking for a
Senior Digital Strategist
to lead our digital initiatives, from crafting comprehensive strategies and CRM campaigns to optimizing conversions. In this role, you will be a key player in guiding clients, presenting actionable insights, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution. Responsibilities:
- Create and implement a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with client goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research and analyze the competitive landscape to inform strategic direction.
- Develop, present, and deliver 360° campaign decks (strategy, audience, channel mix, creative direction, KPIs).
- Define and execute CRM strategies and automated customer journeys across email, WhatsApp, push/in-app, SMS, and web.
- Plan, run, and analyze CRO experiments (A/B testing, funnel analysis, heatmaps, on-page optimization) to improve conversions.
- Prepare and present campaign performance reports and strategic recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with creative, technical, performance and analytics teams to ensure cohesive strategy execution.
- Mentor and guide junior strategists and team members, fostering collaboration and innovation.
- Pilot new digital channels and initiatives (e.g., TikTok Live, WhatsApp flows, emerging platforms).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, CRM, or growth (mid-level).
- Proven expertise in CRM/automation platforms (e.g., MoEngage, Insider, Braze).
- Understanding of Google Analytics / GA4 and campaign performance reporting.
- Skilled in building and presenting strategic decks and actionable recommendations to stakeholders/clients.
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.
