We are looking for a highly disciplined and effective coordinator:

• Age Limit: Maximum 30 years old.
• Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) from any major (discipline and organization skills matter most).
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a Project Control or similar coordination role.
• Core Strength: Exceptional proficiency in documentation and record-keeping.
• Tools: Expert command of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and scheduling tools).

Your primary role is to be the Project Guardian, ensuring every phase is completed according to schedule and standard:

• Timeline Management: Oversee and control the project lifecycle, strictly managing timelines for material shipments, testing (Testcom), and client training.
• Subcontractor Oversight: Actively coordinate and supervise subcontractor work to ensure quality and adherence to the schedule.
• On-Site Verification: Conduct regular site checks to verify working conditions and project progress against planned milestones.
• Administrative Flow: Manage and expedite all critical project administration processes and documentation.
