Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Lead the country's market operation or core market role, assist the international company president in formulating the subsidiary's strategic plan per the group's strategy, and deliver the business goals of the responsible functions.
Liaise with operators and partners in the responsible country, secure business opportunities like communication infrastructure leasing via negotiations and agreements, and maintain core networks.
Build, structure and develop the subsidiary's front-line teams, and optimize business processes.
Manage the subsidiary's operations, talent development, cost control, handle major issues, and other tasks as required by management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or above, 5+ years of experience. Exceptional candidates may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Senior professional in mobile communication terminals, facilities, services, etc., in relevant countries, with strong operator networks.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation and market development skills, plus some enterprise management and organizational capabilities.
