About the Role

We are looking for an IT Executive to support the day-to-day business operations of Midea Indonesia across Marketing, Sales, Finance & HR applications. This role ensures smooth IT operations by providing Level 1 support, escalating issues to Level 2/3 teams as required, and ensuring SLA compliance.

Beyond daily support, you will contribute to user training, helpdesk activities, and driving adoption of digital tools and AI technologies. You will also support the execution of digitalization projects and ensure alignment with IT governance by executing global and regional IT policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • BAU Application Support: Provide frontline (L1) support for Marketing, Sales, Finance & HR  applications; log, track, and resolve issues; escalate to L2/L3 teams as necessary to meet SLA requirements.
  • Helpdesk & IT Operations: Handle basic IT helpdesk requests (PC/Laptop troubleshooting,  account setups, connectivity issues, etc.) to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.
  • Execution of IT Policies: Implement and enforce IT policies, standards, and guidelines as defined by Global and Regional IT, ensuring compliance at the local level.
  • User Training & Enablement: Conduct training sessions and create user guides to improve digital literacy and system adoption among employees.
  • AI & Digital Adoption: Promote and support the adoption of AI-driven tools, automation, and other digital platforms within business functions.
  • Project Support: Assist in digitalization projects by coordinating with project teams, preparing documentation, performing testing, and supporting go-live activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in IT support roles, preferably in Consumer Goods, FMCG, or Retail industries
  • Hands-on experience with application support, ticketing systems, and IT service management frameworks (ITIL is a plus).
  • Exposure in CRM, ERP, or Finance-related systems used in Sales & Marketing operations.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work independently and escalate appropriately.
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills to interact effectively with business users and regional teams.

Language Requirements:

Bahasa Indonesia– native speaker (mandatory)

English – must have (professional proficiency)

Chinese – good to have (to collaborate with HQ and regional teams)
