Responsibilities
  • Acquire opportunities in new market (furniture products)
  • Keep up to date with markets and trends (furniture, contractor, interior industry)
  • Gain customer's trust with excellent quality products
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to clients in a timely manner
  • Handle sales, maintenance, repairs or other orders in supporting needs
  • Give excellent after-sales service
  • Develop positive relationship with clients
  • Maintain good rapport with existing customers
  • Able to obtain 'repeat order'
Qualifications
  • Min. Diploma or Bachelor's degree (Interior Design or Architecture graduates are preferred)
  • Min. 2 years of working experience as sales project in furniture or interior industry, preferably B2B project-sales
  • Very good teamwork and communication skills
  • Administrative skills
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills
  • Own a vehicle (car or motorbike)
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Willing to go on business trips
  • Willing to be placed anywhere (Domiciled in Surabaya)
