Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the QS function across all project packages (MEP, civil, architectural, interior, façade, etc.)
  • Oversee cost estimation, budgeting, cash flow projections, and cost reporting
  • Manage end-to-end procurement and tender process, including preparing BOQ, tender evaluation, and contract award
  • Lead contract administration activities including interim valuations, variation orders, extension of time claims, and final account settlements
  • Coordinate with consultants, design teams, and contractors to ensure accurate cost planning and risk mitigation
  • Provide strategic input on value engineering opportunities and commercial risk assessment
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, construction contracts, and Indonesian regulations
  • Mentor and develop the QS team, ensuring high-performance standards and accountability
  • Prepare regular cost and progress reports for senior management and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 12 years of QS experience, with at least 5 years in managerial or senior QS roles
  • Proven track record in handling large-scale, high-rise / mixed-use / premium developments
  • Strong knowledge in pre- and post-contract QS works, cost control, and commercial strategy
  • Familiarity with FIDIC, POMI, SNI, and local procurement / contracting practices
  • Excellent negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and QS-related software (e.g. CostX, Bluebeam, etc.)
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken)
