WE ARE HIRING – ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT MANAGER
Placement: Puri, West Jakarta
Are you an experienced accounting professional with leadership potential and strong attention to detail? Majubersama Group is looking for a dedicated Accounting Assistant Manager to support our finance team in managing accurate reporting and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Accounting Manager in overseeing daily accounting activities
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
- Review and maintain general ledger, journal entries, and account reconciliations
- Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations
- Monitor tax reporting and ensure adherence to Indonesian tax laws and PSAK
- Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff
- Assist in developing and implementing accounting policies and procedures
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting, including 1–2 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial role
- Strong knowledge of PSAK and Indonesian tax regulations
- Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical thinking, organizational, and communication skills
- High level of accuracy, responsibility, and integrity
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- CPA or Brevet A & B certification is a plus
