WE ARE HIRING – ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT MANAGER
Placement: Puri, West Jakarta

Are you an experienced accounting professional with leadership potential and strong attention to detail? Majubersama Group is looking for a dedicated Accounting Assistant Manager to support our finance team in managing accurate reporting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Accounting Manager in overseeing daily accounting activities
  • Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
  • Review and maintain general ledger, journal entries, and account reconciliations
  • Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations
  • Monitor tax reporting and ensure adherence to Indonesian tax laws and PSAK
  • Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff
  • Assist in developing and implementing accounting policies and procedures
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting, including 1–2 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of PSAK and Indonesian tax regulations
  • Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical thinking, organizational, and communication skills
  • High level of accuracy, responsibility, and integrity
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
  • CPA or Brevet A & B certification is a plus
