What you'll be doing
- Manage the planning, coordination, and execution of electrical engineering projects from start to finish
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives
- Develop and implement detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and quality control measures
- Provide regular status updates and reports to management
- Mentor and lead a team of electrical engineers and technicians
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the electrical engineering industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex electrical projects from concept to completion
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and execute project plans, budgets, and schedules
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams
- Proficient in the use of project management software and tools
- Familiarity with relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and quality control measures
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address challenges and make informed decisions
- Willing to be assigned to project sites throughout Indonesia
